4. Pricing and Method of Pricing
Service fees vary depending on the characteristics of the requested service, including:

• Number of participants

• Additional services such as transportation and logistical arrangements

The final price is provided to the client in advance, prior to confirmation of the booking.
All prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY), unless otherwise stated.
Any currency conversion references are for informational purposes only and are not binding.
 
5. Payment Terms
For certain services, a deposit is required in advance in order to secure reservations, related services, or scheduled dates.
Any remaining balance, if applicable, shall be paid according to the terms agreed upon with the client in advance.
Completion of payment constitutes acceptance of the terms of engagement as presented to the client.
 
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The cancellation and refund policy is determined according to the type of service and the timing of cancellation, as follows:
A full refund of the deposit may be granted if cancellation is made within 20 days from the date of payment, provided that the cancellation occurs no later than 21 days prior to the scheduled tour or service date.
After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.
In exceptional cases where travel to Japan is prevented due to security-related events, flight cancellations from the client’s country of departure, or circumstances beyond the control of the parties, a full refund of the deposit will be granted.
Services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

7. Payment Methods

Payments are made via credit card through the Stripe payment processing system.
